Sri Kalahasti, June 20, (Punnami Temple News): Nandamuri Mokshagna, son of famous film actor and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna, visited the famous Shaiva temple Sri Kalahasti on Saturday and performed special pujas. Upon arriving at the temple, he was welcomed by the temple officials and priests in a traditional manner. On this occasion, Mokshagna participated in the Rahu-Ketu dosha prevention pujas in the temple premises and performed special worships according to the scriptures. Later, he visited Sri Kalahasti Lord and Gnana Prasunamba Amma and performed special worships. After the pujas, the temple EO and members of the governing body honored Mokshagna by covering the remains of the Lord and offering thertha prasadam. Temple governing body member Vakucherla Gurrappa Shetty, former director of Sri Kalahasti Cooperative Town Bank Balu Delhi Babu, temple officials, staff and fans participated in the program.
