The Indian Red Cross Society, Nellore District Branch, organized a program on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day and presented the Seva Puraskar to A+ blood donor Shri Baiya Prasad. On this occasion, the chief guests Shri N Vijayakumar DRO and Dr. Khadar Valli Additional DMHO together honored the awardee with a shawl and presented a memento and a certificate of appreciation. The guests participating in the program said that it is very important to recognize and encourage blood donors who are working for the development of the society. They believed that such awards will inspire more people. Red Cross representatives, social workers, celebrities and other invitees participated in the program.
