A “Thank You CM Sir” program was organized grandly under the auspices of the Telugu Nadu Teachers’ Association in Nellore. The 2003 DSC teachers as well as about 15 thousand employees working in various government institutions, corporations and societies thanked the state Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu for implementing the old pension system. The program was organized at the camp office of the State Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister Ponguru Narayana under the auspices of District President Kulai Ramachandra Yadav. State Association President Challa Venkateswarlu, Devineni Malyadri, Padmaiya Naidu, 2003 DSC teachers, association leaders and others participated.
