The National Lok Adalat will be held in Nellore district on July 11 as per the orders of the Chief Justice of India, Executive Chairman, National Judicial Service Authority, New Delhi, and the Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh, Executive Chairman, State Judicial Service Authority. District Chief Justice G Srinivas, District Secretary, Senior Civil Judge Y J Padmasree said. The District Judicial Service Authority said that the National Lok Adalat is being held in 9 Mandal Judicial Service Associations, Kovur, Kavali, Gudur, Venkatagiri, Atmakur, Naidupeta, Sullurpet, Kota, Udayagiri. In this National Lok Adalat, the parties have been asked to settle all types of cases that can be settled, including motor accident cases (pending and free litigation), civil cases, check bounce cases and all types of cases. Lok Adalats provide speedy justice to the people, saving court costs and valuable time. Moreover, there is no appeal against the verdict of Lok Adalats. Therefore, disputes are resolved permanently, said Shri Niwas and Padma Shri.
