A road accident took place on the Proddatur-Duvvur main road in YSR Kadapa district on Monday. A tipper vehicle traveling on the road lost control and collided with another vehicle. The vehicle was damaged in the accident and the passengers sustained minor injuries. Locals immediately reached the spot and took up rescue operations. After receiving the information, the police reached there and restored traffic. The police said that an investigation has been launched into the reasons for the accident. Full details are yet to be known.
