New impetus for India-Seychelles maritime security agreements

India and Seychelles have signed several key agreements on maritime security, defence, coast guard cooperation and development of the blue economy. The two countries have decided to work together for peace and security in the Indian Ocean. Officials said that this partnership will further strengthen regional security.
