BJP government is playing with the future of students: Javid Ali Khan

Lawyer and Congress leader strongly condemned Asifabad, July 4: Lawyer and Congress leader Javid Ali Khan strongly criticized the central government for its complete failure to provide jobs to the youth of the country. He expressed his concern that students who have been preparing hard for years for jobs are facing great disappointment due to irregularities in the conduct of examinations and leaks of question papers. Javid Ali Khan said that it is extremely worrying that more than 89 major examination paper leaks have come to light across the country since the BJP came to power at the Centre. He demanded that the central government disclose to the people of the country in the form of a white paper the details of how many people have been arrested in these cases, how many charge sheets have been filed against them, and how many have been sentenced by the courts. He said that incidents like the NEET question paper leak have caused great concern among students and parents across the country and the central government should take moral responsibility for the failures in conducting the examinations. He demanded that the real masterminds behind the paper leaks be identified and strict action be taken as per the law without giving them political or official protection. He said that the news of several students losing their lives due to the stress, uncertainty and controversies related to the exams has shaken the country. He asked the people of the country to disclose to the people what kind of assistance the central government has provided to their families, in addition to providing adequate financial and psychological assistance to the families of such students. Javid Ali Khan said that the future of lakhs of honest students is becoming questionable due to paper leaks, and demanded that the central government immediately take comprehensive action to make the examination system completely transparent and corruption-free so that such incidents do not happen again. Javid Ali Khan made it clear that the situation of playing with the future of the country’s youth will not be tolerated any longer, and that it is the responsibility of the central government to do justice to students and restore public confidence in the examination system.
