The birth star celebrations of Sri Penuseela Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy were held in a grand manner at the Penchalakona Kshetra in Nellore district. Rapur: On the occasion of the birth star of Sri Penuseela Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Adilakshmi Ammavarla Devasthanam located in the Penchalakona Kshetra in Rapur mandal, a famous pilgrimage site, the Swamy was anointed at 4 am. Shanti Homam was offered at 9 am, followed by the marriage ceremony of Srivarla in the Nitya Kalyana Mandapam, and in the evening, a golden Garuda Vahanam was offered to Srivarla, with the presence of the chief priests, Vedic scholars, tribal musicians and auspicious instruments, under the supervision of the temple executive officer Poreddy Srinivasulu Reddy. The event was organized with great pomp and show, ensuring that no untoward incident occurred to the devotees, and the queue line was formed, fresh water was supplied and food was distributed to the devotees.
