Delhi: A fly was found in the veg biryani ordered by a passenger on the Ahmedabad-Mumbai Tejas Rajdhani Express. The passenger refused to accept the apology from the train staff and offered an alternative meal. Reacting to the incident, the IRCTC imposed a fine of Rs 1 lakh on Arha Hospitality Private Limited, which supplied the meals to the passengers. It has also issued a show-cause notice asking it to explain why the restaurant’s license should not be cancelled.
