In the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) program organized at the district police office, District Additional SP Sh. Ch. Saujanya received a total of 132 complaints from the public. She examined the complaints received on issues such as land disputes, family disputes, frauds, cyber crimes, etc. She assured that every complaint would be investigated thoroughly in a legal and impartial manner and steps would be taken to ensure justice to the victims. The concerned officials were directed to conduct a speedy investigation into the complaints and submit reports.
