*State Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy launched expensive medical tests for the poor people in a virtual manner from Hyderabad on Tuesday. CM congratulated the Collector, MLA and the HDFC Bank management. State Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy said that the government is working with the aim of providing state-of-the-art and quality medical services to the people. The state-of-the-art MRI machine installed with HDFC Bank CSR funds at the government main hospital in the district center was inaugurated in a grand manner from the CM’s office in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Members of Parliament, Chief Minister’s Advisor Vem Reddy Narender Reddy, State Government Chief Secretary Rama Krishna Rao, District Collector Rahul Sharma, MLAs Gandra Satyanarayana Rao, Trade Promotion Corporation Chairman Aita Prakash Reddy, and others participated in this virtual inauguration ceremony. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the availability of MRI facilities at the district level will be of great benefit to the poor people. He said that in the past, the poor had to go to distant cities like Warangal and Hyderabad for such expensive medical tests, which would waste their time and money. He said that now these services are available locally, which will enable timely and accurate diagnosis and better treatment. On this occasion, the Chief Minister specially congratulated District Collector Rahul Sharma, local MLA Gandra Satyanarayana Rao, who took special initiative to install an MRI machine with CSR funds to strengthen public medical services, as well as the management of HDFC Bank who cooperated in this. Speaking on the occasion, District Collector Rahul Sharma said that it is a pleasure to install this state-of-the-art machine with the participation of HDFC CSR funds. He urged the people of the district to take advantage of this opportunity. The Collector clarified that all kinds of steps are being taken to further improve medical services and create infrastructure in the government hospital in the coming days. The prestigious inaugural ceremony was attended by the District Head Hospital Supervisor Dr. Rajendra Prasad, District Medical Officer Dr. Madhusudhan, Medical College Principal Dr. Venkateshwarlu, Training Deputy Collector Naveen Reddy, Municipal Chairman Burra Komuraiah, Vice Chairman Ambala Srinivas, Deputy Superintendent Dr. Venkataratnam, Councilors, HDFC Zonal Head Josh Stephen, Cluster Head Rajesh, doctors, staff and other senior officials.
