Local L.R. Palli 1 Center, Atmakur Anganwadi Center organized a pulse polio program on Sunday. BSR Hospital Head Dr. Shakeela, 3rd Ward Former Councilor Sheikh Ghaus Basha, Atmakur Sector Supervisor G. Kasturi attended the program and administered polio drops to the children at the Anganwadi Center. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Shakeela suggested that every child from the newborn to the age of five years should be administered polio drops. Later, former Ward Councilor Ghaus Basha asked the beneficiaries of the area to take advantage of Anganwadi services. Anganwadi worker Shakeela, ASHA worker Mahbub Jani, and Indian Cross President S.D. Sadhikh participated in the program.
