A special program was organized under the leadership of Municipal Commissioner Shravan Kumar during Operation Clean Sweep at Kavali Bridge Center. The Commissioner noticed that some residents had encroached on the sewerage canal on the south side of the bridge and were preventing the drainage of sewage. The Commissioner had the staff remove them. Under the leadership of Ward 28 In-charge Nunna Murali, CI Feroz and Sanitary Officer Bashir created special awareness on cleanliness there. He urged everyone to take responsibility for maintaining the area which is always crowded with people. Nunna Murali appealed to the Commissioner to ensure that the municipal staff is vigilant so that there is no problem in the drainage of sewerage canals.
