Advertising and Sponsored Content Policy

Advertising revenue must not determine independent news coverage. Paid, promotional, partner or sponsored material must be labelled clearly so readers can distinguish it from editorial reporting.

Labelling and separation

Sponsored content should use a visible disclosure such as “Sponsored”, “Advertisement” or “Paid Partnership”. Advertisers may not receive undisclosed control over independent headlines, conclusions or corrections.

Restricted advertising

Punnami may reject advertising that is unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, infringes rights or misrepresents a product or service. Advertising enquiries may be sent to punnami.news@gmail.com.
