Khammam June (Puvvada Nagendra Kumar Punnami District Reporter) In the wake of the news regarding the closure of Vijaya Dairy located in Rotary Nagar in Khammam city, a fact-finding committee headed by BJP Khammam district president Nellori Koteswara Rao and comprising state executive members Galla Satyanarayana and Rudra Pradeep Namburu Ramalingeswara Rao visited Vijaya Dairy on Thursday. On this occasion, the committee members collected details on the current conditions of the dairy, management matters, problems faced by employees, and difficulties faced by milk producers. They opined that there is a need to protect the interests of farmers, workers, and dependent families who depend on Vijaya Dairy for their livelihood. The leaders stated that the market value of the land is around Rs. 700 crores. The committee decided to thoroughly study the real circumstances behind the closure of the dairy and bring it to the attention of the concerned authorities. The BJP leaders clarified that the Bharatiya Janata Party is always committed to protecting the interests of farmers, workers, and the people. The program was attended by Gutta Venkateswarlu, Naidu Raghava, Bhukya Shyam Sundarnayak, Manda Saraswathi, D. Konda Shyam, and others.
