Khammam, July 1: (Puvvada Nagendra Kumar Punnami District Reporter) Khammam District Collector T. S. Diwakar held a meeting with representatives of all political parties on the ongoing SIR (Special Intensive Revision) program in Telangana State and Khammam district. Bharatiya Janata Party District SIR Convener Bhukya Shyamsunder Nayak participated in this meeting. Officials explained in the meeting the implementation of the Special Intensive Revision Program of the Voter List, creating awareness among the public, registering every eligible voter, changes, additions, deletions in the list, etc. While the representatives of the political parties brought their suggestions and opinions to the attention of the District Collector, he said that the officials are taking steps to conduct the Special Intensive Revision Program transparently as per the guidelines of the Election Commission.
