Veera Jawan Murali Nayak from Anantapur district of Andhra Pradesh has received the sixth honor in Nellore district. MLA Kotam Reddy Sridhar Reddy named the new road built on the Gandhinagar route from Dayapalem to Podalakur road after Amarjawan Murali Nayak. Going into details, development work has been going on in Nellore Rural at a record level recently. After the coalition government came to power, development work was undertaken at a cost of about Rs. 700 crore. Some of them have already been completed while others have reached the completion stage. However, the road expansion work undertaken at a cost of Rs. 3 crore on the Gandhinagar route from Vedayapalem to Podalakur road in the city limits has recently been completed. With this, MLA Kotam Reddy Sridhar Reddy, who inaugurated this road with brave women from Jana Sena, took another step forward and named this route after Murali Nayak, who died a martyr in Operation Sindhur. He said that the name will be officially finalized soon and a board will also be set up. MLA Kotam Reddy, who had previously named the MSME park set up in Nellore Rural as Bharat Sindhur Park, has once again made headlines by naming a road after a brave soldier. Murali Nayak’s sacrifice Born in 2000 in Kallitanda village of Gorantla mandal of Penugonda constituency of Anantapur district, Mudavat Murali Nayak was a great devotee of the country. Inspired by the army personnel in the surrounding villages, he decided to join the army. Murali Nayak, who was serving on the borders of Bharat Park in the army, was killed in an attack by Pakistani gunmen in Pehalgam, where more than 20 Indians were killed. India launched Operation Sindhuram in response to the Pehalgam attacks. Murali Nayak, who fought heroically against the Pakistani army in this fight, sacrificed his life.
