Elamanchili: June 28 | (Punnami News Reporter Anand): Pulse polio drops were successfully administered to children under the age of five in Atikoppaka village at Gram Panchayat, Nadi Veedhi Ramalayam, and MPP School centers. Parents were made aware that pulse polio drops should be administered to every child to prevent dangerous diseases like polio. In this program, village elders, alliance leaders former Sarpanch Kandrakota Chiranjeevi, Janasena Mandal President former Sarpanch Annam Babujji, Vice MPP Nagi Reddy Achiyya Naidu, Sarpanch’s son Srinu, Goramuthi Kondayya Naidu, Ravi Chalapathy participated and supervised the program. Also, Medical Officer DNM Suguna, CHO S. Ammaji, CHO K. Krishnaveni, ANM Lakshmi, ASHA workers, and Anganwadi teachers coordinated the program successfully. The program was a success as the villagers responded enthusiastically and administered pulse polio drops to their children. “Pulse polio for every child – a polio-free society is our goal,” the leaders and medical staff called out.
