After meeting many officials from the collector’s office and going around for gravel permits, Chandragiri MLA Nani finally called him and asked him to meet some TDP leaders. He said that if he met the mandal TDP president Eshwar Reddy, he asked for 10 lakhs per month, and if he bargained, he finally reached an agreement to give four lakhs per month. He alleged that he had given approximately 29 lakhs to MLA Nani so far, and that he was trying to trouble me, who was in the alliance. He said that he had called the CM and Minister Lokesh PS and asked for an appointment, but they did not give it to him. He also complained to BJP state president Madhav and Jana Sena leader Nadendla Manohar. I brought this matter to the attention of the district in-charge minister, who was preventing me from digging gravel, but he did not pay any attention to it. It has been three months since the work was stopped. Finally, they say that this road contract has been assigned to someone else. Purushottam Naidu said that MLA Nani, who came from Chittoor, is dominating us who were born here, that MLA Nani is destroying the institutions by keeping the officials in his clutches, that MLA Nani is robbing Chandragiri like a ghoul, and that there is a situation where a movement should be taken up in the name of Save Chandragiri. Like former YSRCP MLA Nani from Gudivada, Chandragiri MLA Nani has joined the TDP.
