Speaking at a meeting held at the Government Junior College intersection, he expressed his concern that students are facing serious difficulties in obtaining certificates due to arrears. He warned that the government should immediately implement the election promises, otherwise they will intensify the movement across the state under the auspices of the united action of student unions.
