Every booth committee should work actively: Ganta*

Bhimili MLA Ganta Srinivasa Rao said that the 361 booth committees in the constituency should be active. He said that the 280 committees that do not upload information on time will have to be considered as dull. MVP held a meeting with the party ranks at the Colony Camp Office on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, he said that only 81 booth committees are actively working and wanted every booth committee to be active in the coming days. He revealed that a public problem resolution platform and a party meeting with key leaders will be held every Friday. He warned that conveners and co-conveners from 12 clusters will be disqualified if they do not attend three consecutive meetings. *Job mela benefits the youth* Ganta said that job melas will benefit the youth a lot. He said that more than 70 well-known companies from various sectors will attend the Bhimili Mega Job Mela – 2026 to be held at PM Palem Technical Engineering College on the 30th of this month. He asked for widespread publicity in the villages about the job opportunities. He said that the number of youth who have registered so far, 1,500, will reach more than 5,000 by the time of the job fair. He said that posters and pamphlets are being distributed in the secretariats to make the job fair a success. *SIR should be taken as a challenge* MLA Ganta clarified that the activists should take the Special Comprehensive Amendment (SIR) as a challenge. Not a single eligible vote should be lost, and at the same time, there should be no bogus votes. He informed that one vote in Tamil Nadu changed the fate of an MLA. He called for the efforts of YSRCP leaders to protect fraudulent votes to be reversed. He said that Booth Level Agents (BLAs) have not yet been activated in 280 booths. He advised that the Special Comprehensive Amendment will be crucial in every upcoming election, and everyone should pay special attention to this. Some leaders said that when the BLOs arrived at 10 am, the laborers were already going to work and by the time they reached their homes at 5 pm, the BLOs had finished their duties and were leaving.
