Encroachment of government land in Chunchuluru.. Investigation ordered!

Tahsildar Anil Kumar has taken up an inquiry into the illegal acquisition of decades-old government land in Chunchuluru, Marripadu mandal. Nellore District: In Chunchuluru village, Marripadu mandal, a field measuring approximately 10 acres with survey number 205, which is being used for grazing livestock by farmers and for other purposes, has been recorded in the records as government land for decades. Several villagers, along with others, submitted a petition to the Marripadu Mandal Tahsildar, alleging that some other villagers were illegally taking government land that was meeting the needs of the farmers by changing the records and writing their names in it and uprooting trees in the fields. Under the leadership of Tahsildar Anil Kumar Yadav, the RI and VRO inspected the field level and informed the Tahsildar that about 5 acres of trees had been uprooted in the field with survey number 205. According to the directive, the field registered as a ditch in the survey number will be cancelled even if the patta has been issued. They informed that they will examine the records of how the patta was made. If it is found that the patta was obtained illegally, they will recommend that they be cancelled and that legal action will be taken if anyone enters such a field without permission.
