Hyderabad, June (Puvvada Nagendra Kumar Punnami Representative) Doctors successfully performed surgery on a girl who was sexually assaulted in Khammam district and is currently undergoing treatment at NIMS Hospital. Minister Seethakka and Telangana Legal Services Authority Member Secretary Justice Panchakshari visited NIMS Hospital to know the girl’s health condition. On this occasion, the medical team briefed Minister Seethakka and Justice Panchakshari on the medical treatment being received by the girl and the post-surgery condition. The doctors said that they are continuously monitoring the girl’s health condition and providing the best medical services. Later, Minister Seethakka, who visited the girl’s parents, gave them courage. He assured them not to be discouraged and that the state government would support them in every way. He assured that the necessary medical treatment and necessary support will be provided to the family until the girl fully recovers. On this occasion, Minister Seethakka and Justice Panchakshari jointly handed over a financial assistance cheque of Rs. 5 lakh to the victim’s family on behalf of the government. Speaking, Minister Seethakka said that the government will take special care of the girl’s treatment, rehabilitation and family needs. He clarified that the government will stand by the victim until she returns to normal life and will also provide necessary financial and legal assistance.
