Samadhan Samaroh Lokandaleru land compensation initiated by District Judge Srinivas

In the District Court building, the Chairman of the District Legal Services Authority, District Chief Justice G Srinivas, and the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Senior Civil Judge Y. J. Padmasree, took action for the cases pending in the Supreme Court for conciliation. The Telugu Ganga Project Kandaleru Reservoir land acquisition disputes compensation case was taken up in the District Court Chamber for the Samadhan Samaroh program being organized in Nellore for the amicable resolution of disputes through mediation. Disputes related to lands acquired centuries ago for the Kandaleru reservoir flooding in Rapur mandal of Nellore district are currently going through various stages in the court with the district administration. The latest news regarding this matter is that Nirmalananda Babu, Deputy Commissioner of Commercial Tax M Satya Prakash, APSRTC Regional Manager SK Shamim, United India Insurance Company Divisional Manager Sai Joshna, Bar President Ayyappa Reddy, District Court Government Leader CH Srihari Narayana and others participated in the meeting on Thursday at the office of Special Deputy Collector Telugu Ganga Project Vamsi Krishna RDO to demand an increase in market value and compensation.
