Sri Kalahasti, June 17, (Punnami News): Preparations have begun for organizing national level ball badminton competitions in Sri Kalahasti. Joint Chittoor District Ball Badminton Association President Venkataswamy, Chairman Jagannatha Naidu and Secretary Balaji discussed the matter with local MLA Sudheer Reddy, who responded positively. BJP State Vice President Kola Anand, Sri Kalahasti Devasthanam Chairman Kotte Sai and Muniraja Naidu also announced that they will provide full support for the organization of these competitions. In this national championship, which will be held for five days, men’s and women’s teams from all states of the country as well as Indian Railways teams will also participate. President Venkataswamy said that a total of 750 players and 250 officials, or about 1,000 people, will attend these competitions. They said that they will consult with the Ball Badminton Federation of India and announce the dates for the competitions soon. The leaders of the alliance participated in this meeting.
