Bar Association demands that vacancies in Srikalahasti courts be filled

Sri Kalahasti, June 16, (Punnami News): The Sri Kalahasti Bar Association has demanded immediate appointment of judges for various courts in Sri Kalahasti town. An emergency meeting was held on Tuesday in the court premises under the chairmanship of Bar Association President Aarambhakam Muni Prasad, General Secretary M. Tulasiram and Vice President Kaki Chinna Ankayyala. Speaking on the occasion, they expressed their concern that the clients and junior lawyers are facing serious difficulties due to the non-appointment of judges for the local Additional Junior Civil Judge, Principal Junior Civil Judge, Senior Civil Judge and 12th Additional Sessions District Judge courts for a long time. They stated that they have already submitted petitions to the District Fort Polio Judge and the District Chief Judge on this issue, but no action has been taken. Therefore, all the lawyers came together and came to a resolution in the meeting to bring this issue to the attention of the Chief Justice (CJ) of the State High Court. They demanded that the vacancies be filled immediately so that justice can be delivered to the clients who come with faith in the judiciary. Senior lawyers Udayanath, Chembeti Prabhakar Reddy, Ponnepalli Venkatachalapathy, Dasharatha Ramireddy, Bhaktavatsala Naidu, Kannali Prabhakar Reddy, Veera Raghav Reddy, Venkataswamy, K. Kumar, Mallikarjunaiah, Vadakaluru Mastanaiah and others participated in this meeting and made several suggestions. A large number of women and junior lawyers attended the program and expressed their support.
