Kankipadu police arrested son-in-law Avinash on Monday in connection with the murder of his maternal uncle Thiruveedhi Nagaraju, who had given birth to his child in Kolavennu village of Kankipadu mandal. When the father came to take his pregnant daughter to the hospital, he left his granddaughter next door and went to the hospital with his daughter. Angered by this, son-in-law Avinash attacked and killed his maternal uncle, police said.
