Sri Kalahasti, June 15, (Punnami News): The Chittoor District Ball Badminton Executive Committee meeting was held in Annamayya Nagar on Sunday. It was unanimously decided in this meeting to organize senior women’s and men’s national level ball badminton competitions like never before in Sri Kalahasti. These details were revealed in a joint statement by Association President Lawyer Venkataswamy and Secretary Pasupuleti Balaji. In this five-day national competition, women’s and men’s teams from all states of the country as well as Indian Railways teams will also participate. A total of 750 players and 250 officials, about 1,000 people, will attend this championship. Representatives of the association said that they had met the Sri Kalahasti MLA in the past and he responded positively in this regard. They explained that they will announce the dates of the competitions soon after consulting with representatives of the Ball Badminton Federation of India. Members of the association’s executive committee and senior players participated in this meeting.
