Kola Anand’s birthday celebrated with service programsSri Kalahasti, June 19, (Punnami News): Fans, party leaders and activists celebrated the birthday of Sri Kalahasti constituency BJP convener and party state vice-president Kola Anand on Saturday. To mark the birthday, a wide range of service programs were undertaken keeping in mind the welfare of the poor and students. Turmeric, saffron and sarees were distributed to women at the Lobavi Center, while notebooks, pens, pencils, exam pads, biscuits and chocolates were given to students in several schools. Educational materials were distributed to students in Basavayyapalem, Thottambedu mandal, and Bhaskarpet High Schools in Sri Kalahasti and encouraged them. Similarly, large-scale food distribution programs were organized in Yerpedu, Renigunta, Papanayudupet bus stands, Akshayakshetra and other areas. Along with food distribution, a party flag unveiling program was also organized in Gutthivaripalli, Renigunta mandal. Speaking on the occasion, several leaders praised Kola Anand as a leader who has always been dedicated to public service. BJP mandal presidents, key leaders, activists and fans participated in the programs in large numbers and made the celebrations a success.
