The family members and villagers of Veligandla Ramesh, who died in a land dispute in Kammapalem, Jaladanki mandal, spoke at a media conference. They alleged that Ramesh’s sister Bobba Rajitha had wronged the family by illegally registering the properties. They said that Ramesh’s death was due to the mental anguish caused by the dispute. The villagers clarified that Udayagiri MLA Kakarla Suresh has nothing to do with this matter and that Rajitha’s allegations against him are baseless. They asked the police and revenue officials to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident and provide justice to Ramesh’s family.
