Rajnath Singh should resign over deaths of soldiers in Operation Sindoor: Congress

The Congress party has strongly criticized the central government over the death of six Indian Army personnel during Operation Sindoor. The Congress has demanded the immediate resignation of Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh in this matter. It has accused the government of not properly disclosing the deaths of soldiers in Parliament and of hiding the facts from the people of the country. At a media conference organized by representatives of the former military wing of the Congress, it was stated that it is the government’s responsibility to give due respect to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the defense of the country. They criticized that previous governments used to pay official tributes to every soldier who died, and now such a tradition has been broken. In this context, the Congress has also asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give an explanation to the people of the country. On the other hand, the central government has not given an official response to these allegations. There are chances that this issue will heat up politically. Various sources are of the opinion that the sacrifices of soldiers should be respected beyond politics. Political analysts believe that there is a possibility of a discussion on this incident in Parliament as well.
