SPSR Nellore District June 25 (Punnami Pratini) A serious road accident took place on the Manubolu National Highway on Thursday morning. An auto going from Chennur to a shrimp factory near Madamanur for work collided with a lorry parked on the road. Eight women travelling in the auto were seriously injured in the accident. One of them is in critical condition as one of her hands was completely severed. The injured were immediately rushed to the Gudur Regional Hospital by the locals for treatment. The police have registered a case and are investigating the accident.
