Border villages of Vikarabad district in Future City! Land rates to increase drastically…! The government has made arrangements to build jobs and opportunities for local youth within an area of 815 square kilometers. In addition to taking Telangana to an international level economically, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has taken a new strategic decision to further increase the scope of the Bharat Future City project, which is shaping up to be the fourth city after Hyderabad. While inaugurating the newly constructed Future City Development Authority headquarters building in the vicinity of Mirkhanpet in Rangareddy district, the CM gave in-principle approval to the file to merge some other nearby villages within the scope of this mega net-zero city. The government took this step on the basis of huge requests from several panchayats and local farmers in the borders of Rangareddy and Vikarabad districts. With the decision to expand the scope, the market value of rural agricultural lands in the border areas of Rangareddy and Vikarabad districts has suddenly gained wings. Hyderabad was once limited to just an IT corridor.. but now, with CM Revanth himself announcing that the lands of Rangareddy and its surrounding districts have become more valuable than gold, land values are creating new records. Acres of land that were priced at normal agricultural prices till yesterday.. have now reached crores with the promotion that they are going to come under the Future City Authority. National level real estate developers are queuing up to acquire land banks in these border villages. The government’s repeated statements that it will build this green metropolis in the next eight years to stand up to international cities like New York, Tokyo and Singapore have increased the confidence of investors. Along with green pharma, global capability centers, artificial intelligence hubs, a huge global summit is also being planned in December to bring world-renowned Fortune 500 companies here. In this context, real estate experts are describing this as a golden opportunity for long-term investments as the city’s influence is not limited to the outskirts of Hyderabad but extends to the borders of Vikarabad. Job assurance for local youth! CM Revanth Reddy’s strong warnings that the opposition parties seeking to block this project will have no political future.. makes it clear how determined the government is on the construction of this city. The government is assuring that the youth of local farmer families who have been given lands will be provided with international-level training through the Regional Skill University and jobs will be provided here. Since this city will be shaped in a pollution-free, environment-friendly lake economy model.. It is expected that this Ranga Reddy-Vikarabad border belt will become a hotspot not only for commercial ventures but also for luxury farmhouses and gated villa projects. The most ambitious proposed Future City project in Hyderabad city is currently slowly getting off the ground. The construction of the Future City Development Authority building has already been completed, and the construction work of Future City is progressing at a rapid pace. Accordingly, Greenfield Roads and several private companies are also starting their proposed projects at a rapid pace. It is expected that the real estate sector will expand on a large scale in the eastern and surrounding areas of Hyderabad due to Future City. Especially spread between Srisailam Highway and Nagarjunasagar Highway, Future City will develop on a large scale in the area between the Outer Ring Road and the Regional Ring Road. In addition, the Shamshabad International Airport is also located near Future City, so it can be said that there is a large demand for land in these surrounding areas. However, those who want to invest in Future City are currently investing mainly in Maheshwaram. In addition to the proximity of Maheshwaram to the Hyderabad International Airport, the availability of land is also high. Compared to the western part of Hyderabad, Maheshwaram is less developed. Although the development is a little less due to the shadow of the Old City, Maheshwaram is likely to become a center of attraction for the real estate market in the future, with the construction of projects going on at a rapid pace. The government is preparing to acquire another 16 thousand acres for Future City at Mirkhanpet in Rangareddy district. Along with the establishment of Future City, the government has also decided to set up an Urban Development Authority specifically for its development. The government is taking slow steps for Future City. The previous BRS government acquired 14 thousand acres for Pharma City. While that land was used for Future City, the government is planning to acquire 16 thousand acres in Kadtal and Amanagall mandals as an additional 16 thousand acres are required. The government is making arrangements to build Future City in an area of 815 square kilometers. It has been decided to take up this construction in an area of about 815 square kilometers in 30 thousand acres in the limits of Ibrahimpatnam, Amanagallu, Kadtal, Kandukur, Maheshwaram, Manchala and Yacharam mandals. The officials have prepared plans to expand this Future City in 56 revenue villages and 74 villages in seven mandals. Some more villages on the border of Vikarabad district have been included in the Future Set. Already, 14 thousand acres of land have been acquired in the villages of Medipalli, Nanaknagar, Tatiparthi and Kurmidda in Yacharam mandal, as well as Akulamailaram, Mucharla, Panjaguda, Meerkhanpet and other villages in Kandukur mandal.
