Petition to resolve SC and ST issues.. Petition to hold Civil Rights Day Gram Sabhas At the Tahsildar’s office in Dutthaluru Mandal Center, SC and ST Atrocity Protection Committee District Women Convener N. Jayashree, Nellore City President CH. Nagamani, Secretary M. Sailajalu met Tahsildar Nagaraju and handed over a petition. They requested that Gram Sabhas be held on the last day of every month in SC and ST colonies on the occasion of Civil Rights Day to resolve the issues. They requested that vigilance and monitoring committees be formed at the Mandal level and that land issues be resolved quickly.
