The organizers said that a government-recognized Aadhaar service center will be launched in the village to provide all Aadhaar-related services to the people of the village easily and quickly. This center, set up next to the Gram Panchayat office, near the Ambedkar statue, will be available to the people from tomorrow morning. Till now, people had to spend time and money going to Ibrahimpatnam, Hyderabad or other places even for small tasks related to Aadhaar card. Especially the elderly, women and parents of small children used to face many difficulties. The organizers said that the Aadhaar service center has been set up in the village itself. Many services like new Aadhaar registration, mobile number linking or change, name and date of birth correction, address change, biometric update of children, Aadhaar document update are available at this center. Officials have advised that children who have completed five years of age and students who have crossed fifteen years of age should update their biometric details. Similarly, those who have old Aadhaar cards that are more than ten years old should update their documents as per the norms prescribed by the government. It was stated that due to problems like old address, wrong name, and absence of mobile number in Aadhaar, there is a possibility of facing difficulties in availing government welfare schemes, banking services, pensions, ration, student scholarships etc. The organizers urged the villagers to avail Aadhaar services without any difficulty through this center, especially students, farmers, elderly people and women to take advantage of this opportunity. For the convenience of the villagers, the services will be available every day from 9 am to 5 pm, and Sunday will be a holiday.
