Sonam Wangchuk goes on hunger strike against irregularities in the education system

Noted educationist and environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk has started a hunger strike at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. She has demanded action against the irregularities in the national examination system and the resignation of the Union Education Minister. She said that she will continue the movement with the students for educational reforms and a transparent examination system. Several student organizations have also expressed support for the fast.
