Speed up Hyderabad-Chennai and Hyderabad-Bangalore bullet train corridors

Hyderabad-Chennai, Hyderabad-Bengaluru Bullet Train Corridors Speed Up Field Survey Begins in Rangareddy, Nalgonda, Vikarabad Districts Marking Completed in Several Villages of Yacharam Mandal – Final Alignment, Stations to Be Cleared Soon The work on the Hyderabad-Chennai and Hyderabad-Bengaluru Bullet Train Corridors, proposed with the aim of connecting Hyderabad with major cities of the country through state-of-the-art high-speed railway, has picked up pace. Officials have started field surveys in Rangareddy, Nalgonda, and Vikarabad districts for these two prestigious projects. Survey teams have already completed markings on lands in several villages of Yacharam Mandal, and the next phase of work is also being expedited. As part of this survey, officials are examining the areas through which the proposed rail route will pass, examining the terrain, residential areas, agricultural lands, government lands, roads, water resources, etc. The boundaries of the lands are being identified and technical details are being recorded by marking them with special marks. It is reported that after the completion of this process, an aerial survey will be conducted and the final route will be finalized. Officials say that the main purpose of these surveys is to select the most suitable route in accordance with the technical standards required for the construction of the bullet train corridor. The final alignment will be prepared taking into account geographical conditions, settlements, environmental factors, and land acquisition requirements. After the survey is completed, key issues such as where stations should be set up, through which villages the railway line will pass, how much land acquisition is required, and what kind of compensation should be given will become clear. This has also aroused interest among the people of the affected villages. Experts are of the opinion that connecting Hyderabad with the major cities of South India like Chennai and Bangalore through a high-speed rail line will significantly reduce travel time and provide a new impetus to industries, business, investments, tourism, and employment opportunities. These projects are expected to be key milestones in the development of the state. As soon as the ongoing field surveys are completed, a final report will be prepared and sent for approval to the relevant authorities. Official sources say that the land acquisition process is likely to begin after receiving approvals from the central and state governments. In this context, public interest in the developments related to the construction of bullet train corridors is increasing.
