The death of prominent senior advocate Mogali Nagaraju is sad — RPI (Athwale) leaders condole the death of Punnami representative September 26 Kadapa city Kandipalem, a prominent senior advocate and Ambedkarite Mogali Nagaraju, said Republican Party of India (Athwale) Southern States President N.D. Ajay Prasanna, Andhra Pradesh State Legal Cell Chairman Y. Ramesh Babu, Print and Electronic Media Chairman Jyoti George, District President Akashi Suresh Babu, and District General Secretary Naga Dasari Gandhi. To this extent, they expressed their deep condolences in a joint statement. They praised Mogali Nagaraju for having served as the BSP District President and the Congress Party District General Secretary in the past and having rendered many services in public life. They said that the death of Nagaraju, who was known for his friendliness and goodness, is a huge loss for the Dalit and Bahujan communities. They said that Nagaraju, who came from a poor family, rose to a high level with self-cultivation, hard work and perseverance. They said that taking inspiration from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, he excelled in the legal profession and continuously worked to provide justice to the people of the downtrodden communities. They said that while working as a lawyer in the Kadapa court, he fought legally on the issues of Dalits and provided legal assistance on behalf of the victims in many SC and ST atrocity cases. They said that he also fought legally with the police officers to ensure justice for the victims and stood by many Dalits. They recalled that he also served as the president of the SC and ST Advocate Association in the Kadapa District Court. They said that Mogali Nagaraju’s services are memorable not only as a lawyer but also as a person who did his best for social justice. Expressing deep sorrow over his untimely death, they expressed their deepest condolences to the family members of Nagaraju and prayed for the peace of his soul.
