It is reported that special orders have been issued to the district officials to ensure that the distribution takes place without any disruption in supply. From July 1, ration card holders can go to the nearest ration shops as per their allotted quota and get rice after biometric verification. This time too, civil supplies department officials said that advance arrangements have been made so that the beneficiaries do not face any difficulties. Officials said that steps are being taken to ensure that rice is delivered to every eligible family on time as part of the public distribution system implemented by the government. Dealers are also advised to open ration shops at fixed times and conduct distribution in a transparent manner. With the distribution of the quota for the month of July, lakhs of ration card holders across the state will once again receive rice in the regular monthly system. After the advance distribution for the last three months, now the monthly distribution system has been implemented again, and the beneficiaries will have the opportunity to receive their quota on the fixed dates.
