On the occasion of World Rabies Day, an awareness seminar was organized on Wednesday at the Nellore Municipal Corporation Command Control Center under the auspices of the Indian Red Cross Society. Dr. Subramaniam explained the dangers of rabies disease and the precautions to be taken to the sanitation staff. He advised them to be vigilant to avoid contracting the disease. Health Officer Dr. Dinesh, Veterinary Doctors Dr. Madanmohan, Dr. Jizia, Sanitary Supervisors, Inspectors, Mestris and other staff participated in the program.
