As per the instructions of YSR Congress Party President Sri YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, the party has decided to provide financial assistance of Rs. 5 lakh to the families of active leaders who have been working continuously for the party and holding positions in various party committees in the event of their death. This program is applicable to the families of leaders who died after October 1, 2026. To get financial assistance, the deceased person must have been an active member of the party and must have obtained a party ID card. Also, a copy of the FIR, postmortem report or panchnama must be submitted. The MLA or assembly constituency coordinator should send complete details to the party central office with the recommendation of the village/ward presidents and mandal party presidents. The nominee’s bank account details and Aadhaar card should also be attached. The party central office has requested that the necessary documents be submitted as soon as possible.
