Under the leadership of Sullurpet Medical Association representative Krishna Reddy, Gokula Krishna College students organized a huge rally in the city streets. Near the bus stand, students and pharmacists recited a hymn on health care and service commitment and took a pledge. They participated in the rally on a large scale with a special slogan of “Empowering pharmacists for healthier futures”. The organizers praised pharmacists for being major partners in public health by educating patients on the proper use, safety and dosage of medicines. Medical Pharmacist Principal Pawan Kumar and Sullurpet Medical Pharmacist participated in this program.
