Kuber: A special aarti was performed with devotion for Varasiddhi Vinayaka, which is located in the ancient Vithaleshwara temple in the Mandal center, on Tuesday. For the past 15 years, a large number of devotees from surrounding areas have come to have darshan of this special Karra Ganapayya, which has been installed in the temple. The premises of the Vithaleshwara temple were packed with devotees during the aarti program. Special prayers were performed to Ganesha and devotees participated in the aarti with devotion. Later, devotees lined up to seek the blessings of the Lord. This Karra Ganapayya is believed to be the Varasiddhi Vinayaka, who removes obstacles and fulfills desires. Every year, on the occasion of Ganesh Navratri, a large number of devotees from Telangana as well as the border areas of Maharashtra flock to pay homage to the Lord. A spiritual atmosphere prevailed in the temple, and the surroundings of the temple were filled with the chanting of “Ganapati Bappa Moriya”. After a special aarti, the devotees were given the Tirtha Prasad.
