The training program was organized with the aim of further strengthening the party’s organizational structure across the state, effectively implementing party programs at the village level, and enhancing continuous connectivity with the people. In this, the leaders were provided with comprehensive understanding on the role of unit conveners, strengthening the party at the booth level, membership registration, promotion of government welfare schemes, rapid response to public issues, use of social media, and policies to take the party’s ideologies to the people. Atmakur Rural Unit Conveners Kondreddy Ramana Reddy, Sheikh Hussain, and Koppolu Vijayabhaskar Reddy participated in this program and received training. They decided to implement the instructions given by the party leadership at the field level and further strengthen the party in the villages and work to provide full awareness to the people about the government’s welfare schemes. They also discussed issues such as increasing coordination with the party ranks in each village, identifying the problems of the people from time to time and bringing them to the attention of the relevant authorities, and explaining the development and welfare programs being implemented by the government to the people. During the training program, the leaders called on every worker to work responsibly for the development of the party and to be available to the people at the village level and serve in a way that increases their trust in the party.
