Submerged Rajahmundry Urban East Godavari District Nallajarla Mandal Punnami Representative September 25 Nallajarla, Due to the heavy rains that have been falling for the past three days, many areas have been flooded and every village, every town, every field, ponds and canals are overflowing. Many areas have been submerged and the entire Rajahmundry urban area has been submerged. People are facing a lot of difficulties in giving love. Drainages, sewage water, small canals and water are overflowing and entering the center of the village, causing a terrible stench. People are holding their noses and going around, wondering where they will get diseases. Rajahmundry is full of garbage. Cars and vehicles have also been submerged in water. The people of the village are panicking that Godavari has entered the river. The villagers are pleading with the authorities to respond and take appropriate action, to clear the drainages and silt, and to take appropriate precautions to prevent plastic waste from being dumped wherever it falls.
