Another step has been taken towards providing better infrastructure to the people living in Puragutta, a suburb of Mylavaram. Mylavaram MLAs and TDP state spokesperson Vasantha Venkata Krishnaprasad laid the foundation stone for the construction of internal roads to be undertaken in Puragutta with DMF funds at a cost of Rs. 40 lakhs on Friday evening. Speaking on the occasion, MLA Vasantha Venkata Krishnaprasad said that priority is being given to providing necessary infrastructure to the people living in Puragutta. He revealed that steps are being taken to develop roads and other infrastructure in phases so that people do not face any difficulties in their daily lives. He said that with the blessings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and Minister Nara Lokesh are working for the comprehensive development of the state and improving the living standards of the people. He said that after coming to power, the coalition government has been implementing many programs by giving equal priority to public welfare and development. Vasantha Venkata Krishnaprasad said that the coalition government is implementing many welfare programs such as food for the poor through Anna Canteens, free bus travel for women through the ‘Stree Shakti’ scheme, greetings to mothers, Deepam-2.0, NTR Bharosa Pensions, and financial assistance to farmers through Annadata Sukhibhav. MLA Krishnaprasad said that they are moving forward by preparing a comprehensive plan for the development of roads in Mylavaram constituency. He said that steps are being taken to identify the necessary roads in all areas of the constituency and develop them in phases. He clarified that they are working with the aim of completing the works by providing funds for development works according to the needs of the people. MLA Krishna Prasad said that once the construction of internal roads in Puragutta is completed, it will provide more convenience to the local people and improve the infrastructure in the area. He instructed the concerned officials to complete the work without compromising on the quality of the development work and to meet the specified standards.
