Today, 22-09-2026 (Tuesday) at 10:30 am, the virtual inauguration ceremony of urban infrastructure development projects under the HAM (Hybrid Annuity Model) method was held at the Sathya Sai Kalyana Mandapam in Sullurpet town under the patronage of Honorable Sullurpet MLA Dr. Smt. Nelavala Vijayasree. Naidupeta AMC Chairman Sri Uyyala Praveen and Sullurpet Jana Sena Senior Leader Shankhu Suresh participated as the chief guests in this program. Honorable Chief Minister Sri Nara Chandrababu Naidu launched these development projects in a virtual manner. The comprehensive infrastructure development works worth Rs. 41 crores to be undertaken under the Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) in Sullurpet and Naidupeta Municipal Corporations under Sullurpet constituency were inaugurated by the local MLA Smt. Dr. Nelavala Vijayasree. Speaking at the event, Uyyala Praveen said that the coalition government has been continuously implementing welfare and development programs since it came to power, and that development is happening like a festival every day, and he thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his support to the state. He said that the funds released by the Central Government are being used transparently and spent on infrastructure development and state development. He urged the people to vote for the coalition candidates in the upcoming local body elections (Panchayats, Municipalities, ZPTCs and MPTCs). He called on the people to strengthen the government further and take the development of the region forward. Later, Shri Uyyala Praveen along with the leaders of the Sullurpet and Naidupeta coalitions participated in a press meet held under the auspices of Honorable MLA Smt. Dr. Nelavala Vijayasree. A large number of alliance leaders, municipal commissioners, engineering officials and people from Sullurpet and Naidupeta towns participated in this program.
