Fayaz paid a courtesy call on P.V. Mohan, who is the new in-charge of Andhra Pradesh Congress Party affairs, and Mastan Vali, Chairman of Andhra Pradesh State Congress Party Working Committee, who is visiting Vijayawada for the first time. On this occasion, Fayaz said that they discussed the local elections and the organizational strengthening of the party. P.V. Mohan said that everyone should work to strengthen the party across the state under the supervision of Fayaz, and that now is the right time to bring the Congress Party back to its former glory.
