Dr. B.R. Ambedkar organized a Public Grievance Redressal Forum (PGRS) program on Friday at the MLA camp office in Muramalla village, I Polavaram mandal, Mummidivaram constituency, Konaseema district. People from different parts of the constituency who came to this program submitted petitions on their personal, social and infrastructure related problems to Legislative Assembly Whip and Mummidivaram MLA Datla Subbaraju. After listening carefully to the problems of the petitioners, MLA Datla Subbaraju spoke to the concerned officials over the phone on issues that could be resolved immediately and ordered them to take immediate action. He suggested that steps be taken to resolve the remaining problems expeditiously through the relevant departments. Similarly, he issued instructions to the office staff to register some other problems on the PGRS portal and monitor them continuously. On this occasion, MLA Datla Subbaraju said that the goal of the coalition government is to provide better services to the people and provide quick solutions to their problems.
