OU student leader Sarath Naik to contest as independent candidate for graduate MLC The upcoming graduate elections in Nalgonda, Khammam and Warangal districts look set to be exciting. Osmania University student leader Sarath Naik is going to contest as an independent candidate. Sarath Naik has played a key role in many movements as a student leader for the last 13 years. It seems that the voters are leaning towards Sarath Nayak, who is dissatisfied with TRS, Congress and BJP among the unemployed and employees. Korra Sarath Nayak, a native of Nalgonda district, has done MSc (Organic Chemistry), MSc (Forensic Science), M.Li.Sc, MA (Linguistics) at Osmania University and is currently studying LLB. In this vein, for more than a decade, he has been strongly vocal about the problems of students, unemployed and employees at Osmania University and across the state. He has been fighting for the establishment of a Central Tribal University, for a 10% increase in tribal reservation, and for job notifications during the last ten years of the BRS regime, for the rights of the unemployed, for the rights of the RTC workers in the movement, for the constitutional rights of SC, ST, BC and minorities. Despite facing many cases, he has continued to fight without retreating. The Congress party came to power Even in two and a half years, he has been continuously fighting for the unemployed, for the upcoming job notifications, and for the fee reimbursement arrears of students. In the upcoming undergraduate elections, he has stated that if he is sent to the Legislative Council as someone who knows the problems of students, the unemployed, and employees, as a candidate of the lower classes, and as a voice of constant questioning, he will continuously work in the legislative assemblies to resolve their problems.
